Packing of goods
All pack in strong cartons with cardboard, for fiberglass, marble, glasses products, all pack in wooden case

Cancellation
After placing order with 30% deposit, if cancel the order without any manufacture problem, the deposit won’t refund.

Damages Claims
Each of our products is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before it is allowed to leave our premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon delivery. Any claim for loss or damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt, and reported to Urban Furniture immediately thereafter. Description of claim must be precise, specific, clearly written and with picture to prove the damages.
